This Research Use Policy is a legally binding condition of purchase. By completing any transaction on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with every provision of this policy in full.

1. Nature of Business — Chemical Supplier

Vital Peps is a chemical supplier of research-grade compounds. Vital Peps is not a compounding pharmacy and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503A or Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act). Nothing sold on this website is compounded, dispensed, or distributed in the capacity of a pharmacy or licensed drug manufacturer. All products are sold strictly as research reagents for in-vitro laboratory use only.

2. Purpose of This Policy

  • Use in any clinical trial, therapeutic protocol, or medical procedure
  • Resale or redistribution to any party for non-research purposes
  • Any use intended to circumvent applicable laws or regulations
  • Use by or provision to individuals under the age of 21

Vital Peps reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order where there is reasonable suspicion that the intended use falls outside these permitted parameters.

6. No Guidance Policy

Vital Peps maintains an unconditional policy of providing zero guidance on dosing, administration, usage protocols, cycling, stacking, reconstitution for human use, or any related topic. This policy applies across all communication channels — including but not limited to email, telephone, live chat, social media direct messages, and public comments.

Inquiries of this nature will be declined without response. Repeated inquiries may result in account suspension. This policy exists to protect both our customers and the integrity of our business as a supplier of research-only compounds.

7. Purity Standards & Third-Party Verification

Every product batch sold by Vital Peps is independently tested by accredited third-party analytical laboratories prior to release. Our testing standards include:

Customers are responsible for storing and handling all purchased compounds in accordance with proper laboratory safety standards, including:

  • Storing compounds in the conditions specified on the product label and COA (e.g., refrigerated, frozen, away from light)
  • Maintaining all compounds in clearly labeled, sealed containers
  • Keeping all compounds secured and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals, particularly minors
  • Disposing of unused or expired compounds in compliance with applicable regulations for laboratory chemical waste
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling compounds

9. Regulatory Compliance

The regulatory status of research peptides and chemicals varies significantly across jurisdictions. Vital Peps operates in compliance with applicable U.S. federal law governing the sale of research compounds. However, it is the customer’s exclusive responsibility to:

  • Determine the legal status of each ordered compound in their jurisdiction prior to purchase
  • Obtain any permits, licenses, or approvals required by applicable law
  • Comply with all applicable import, export, and possession regulations
  • Adhere to all institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee requirements where applicable

Vital Peps accepts no liability for any regulatory violation arising from a customer’s failure to comply with the laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

10. Enforcement & Consequences of Violation

Vital Peps takes violations of this Research Use Policy extremely seriously. Any customer found to be in violation — or reasonably suspected of violating — this policy may be subject to:

  • Immediate cancellation of pending orders without refund
  • Permanent ban from purchasing on this website
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or where there is evidence of harm

Vital Peps cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies investigating the misuse of research compounds.

11. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

Research compounds are potent substances that carry inherent risks when handled outside of a properly equipped laboratory environment. By purchasing from Vital Peps, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree that:

  • You possess the scientific knowledge, appropriate equipment, laboratory facilities, and trained personnel necessary to safely handle these compounds
  • You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the handling and use of these products
  • You knowingly assume all risks associated with the handling, storage, and use of purchased compounds, including risks arising from misuse, improper handling, or use outside the products’ intended and stated purpose
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Vital Peps harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from misuse, improper handling, or use of these products outside their intended and stated purpose
  • You will not hold Vital Peps liable for any adverse outcome arising from your use or misuse of these products
